Urgent Opening For Site - HR BP

PTW is looking for an enthusiastic Site - HRBP to drive the business and people goals of the Studio. The role will encompass in understanding the pulse of employees, providing valuable inputs to stakeholders, strategies to drive Organizational values, policies, and culture.

Keeping a track of all HR activities of Hyderabad Studio and sending report to Management as required. Liaising with assigned business in Operations to plan, understand and discuss initiatives for employee management and performance. Coordinating the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries to increase employee engagement level overall. Counselling the employees on identified behavioral or performance issues to assist the employee in understanding the impact on performance & business objectives.

Drive and implement Site Communication channels for employees and management team. To execute HR procedures & maintain relevant reports to ensure Administrative Compliance: recording of minutes, exit interview, disciplinary actions, attrition analysis, compliance & employee records.

Engagement activities will include one-one meetings, Skip Level meetings, Open House, Fun activities, and other employee engagement activities, Rewards & Recognition and other events organized by Organization. Implementation of IJP process. Collaborating with other managers to plan, direct, and coordinate programs and projects. Report to Head of HR and provides decision support through HR metrics.

Requirements

• MBA with 7- 10 years of work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Candidate should be self - motivated and should be able to work in a dynamic work environment. Should have excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
• Must be flexible with respect to work timings as required.
• Should hold high integrity.
