As a University Sourcer you will identify and assess the best early career talent in the world through developing partnerships with universities, student organizations, and our Roblox hiring teams. We are a highly collaborative team that loves to be challenged, innovate, problem solve, and bring the world together through play. You Will:
- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand technical requirements of open positions, while building talent pipelines for multiple job requisitions
- Develop strategies to hire early career talent across the Roblox Engineering, Data Science, Design, Product, and G&A/business groups.
- Run searches and engage with passive candidates through tools like Piazza, Handshake, RippleMatch, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other platforms.
- Source candidates through other channels such as event resume books
- Understand the market and be a student of the industry to run targeted search campaigns to early career talent from across the U.S. and Canada
You Have:
- You have 3+ years of university or technical sourcing experience with an in-house recruiting team using multiple sourcing channels and tools.
- You are passionate about building relationships with diverse and URM universities, student organizations, and candidates for open roles across the Roblox organization
- You can source a high volume of candidates while maintaining a high bar for candidate quality.
- Success in turning passive candidates into active candidates
- You enjoy building new programs and helping others around you to succeed
