Recruiting Lead

Our studio needs a Recruiting Lead who will play a key role in growing our business. This individual will partner with our People Team, studio leadership, and hiring managers to build our University Relations and Internship Program. They will also be integral in shaping and scaling our program in the years to come. In addition, this individual will support our full cycle recruiting efforts to deliver and execute an inclusive and diverse talent strategy that aligns with Bungie’s growth plans. You will also provide critical talent insights to help inform and influence our recruitment process, hiring philosophies, and overall assessment practices. This is also a great opportunity to take on some leadership/mentorship responsibilities guiding a small pod of recruiters.
