Unity Team Leader

Moon Active is one of the world's fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment to millions of active users across the universe. The company is headquartered in Tel Aviv, with offices in Kyiv, Warsaw, Bucharest and London.

We’re looking for a highly experienced, versatile, and passionate Unity Team Leader to join our growing team and be part of building a brand new game!

As a Unity Team Lead, you’ll be leading a team of 4-8 Unity Developers and creating features for our new game. You’ll also be working with agile cross-functional teams such as Backend, Tech Art, QA, Architects, DevOps, and Product Owners.

We’re looking for a Lead with great collaboration and communication skills, as well as a strong technical background in Software Development and Unity Domain. Candidates with different levels of experience are acceptable as we want people who can bring a variety of different things to the team.

Tech Stack: Client: Unity/C#, Client-Server (HTTP/JSON); Backend: Node.js, Redis, AWS, Microservice architecture, CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and review robust C# code.
• Apply development processes, techniques and methodologies.
• Hire, mentor and challenge a team of Unity Engineers.
• Take part in product development during each phase.
• Investigate issues in production.
• Work with agile cross-functional teams that also include Technical Artists and Backend Developers.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads, Product and Project Managers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Unity/C# Engineer.
• 1+ years of leadership experience or strong motivation.
• Strong knowledge of C# programming language.
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and architectural design patterns.
• Flexibility, excellent collaboration skills and the ability to plan a workload.
• Understand the optimization of mobile applications.
• Experience working with agile teams.

Advantages
