UX/UI Director

Are you interested in setting an inspiring UX/UI vision, while leading a growing team of professional UX/UI designers through all phases of interface development, over multiple projects and genres? Are you a diligent student of the best and newest game interfaces, a people person who’s comfortable mentoring and managing talent, collaborating with peers; who possesses a strong sense of accountability, a desire to collaborate, learn and grow with the leadership team? You Have:

• Experience guiding and growing a team of UX/UI designers(at least 3+ shipped titles as a UX Lead across mobile, console, and PC
• 10+ years experience working on Game UX and UI
• Track record of working closely with design and engineering to establish UI development pipelines and feature requirements
• Skilled with industry tools: Illustrator, XD, Figma, Photoshop, Sketch
• Experience working in game engines: Unreal, Unity, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of graphic design, font, color
• Portfolio or demo reel that demonstrates breadth of skill, styles, genres

You Also Have:

• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• A positive attitude and an ability to receive, as well as provide, objective and constructive feedback.
• Assist with interviews and the growth of our art team.
• Create and maintain discipline-related documentation
• Must be eligible to work in United States

Bonus Haves:

• Traditional illustration/fine arts training
• Experience in mobile, console, and PC interface development
• Regular player of digital games
• Outside interests!
