UX/UI Designer

The global esports market generated over $1 billion in annual revenues in 2021, a 50% increase from last year, driven primarily from sponsorships and advertising to an estimated global audience of 600 million fans. We're well on our way to helping shape the world of esports, all thanks to our incredible fans, athletes, influencers, content creators, Liquid+, and Liquipedia (the world's most extensive esports wiki).

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing creative and strategic design solutions to exceed our user satisfaction with our products. Furthermore, you will develop a deep understanding of design patterns when assisting other designers on projects, creating wireframes, and communicating and translating designs to internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with internal team members to create feasible and attractive web and APP solutions.
• Manage and maintain the UX and UI design process workflow.
• Update and maintain design system components and guidelines.
• Develop a deep understanding of our users when researching, managing, and monitoring consumer insights, trends, and behaviors
• Implement research findings and best practices when collaborating with internal teams to execute high-quality strategic solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or other applicable areas of study or related work experience
• 1+ years of UX/UI design experience in the industry
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• You know that research & prototyping leads to great products
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deep understanding of the opportunities and limitations of the modern web
• Passionate about gaming and esports
