Your role within the KingdomWe are looking for a highly experienced Game UX Director for our #1 mobile game Candy Crush Saga. You will join our team where your mission is to lead the UX team, collaborate with game leadership, and above all elevate the UX of CCS. As a Game UX Director who coaches large teams towards excellence, you will have unwavering focus on the product, deep UX craft expertise, and the ability to drive the product’s UX vision forward in both a highly strategic and tactical way. Ensuring that sound qualitative and quantitative data is being incorporated into decision- making processes, you’ll collaborate closely with UX Researchers. You’ll work with CCS design leads to bring design processes to new heights and represent the voice of our players across the entire game team. In addition to mentoring and guiding the UX and UI designers on the team to ensure the highest- quality deliverables, you’ll also contribute hands- on UX design work when necessary. As the fiercest advocate for UX on Candy Crush, you’ll have a close collaboration with producers, game designers, developers, business performance, UX labs, player insights, and marketing to collectively solve problems and delight our players.
