About the role
We are looking for a UX Designer with a passion for tool creation, to create intuitive and user-friendly tools to support our game teams.
You will work within our centralized Internal Tools Team to develop products and web-based tools that empower our game teams to keep bringing delightful story-driven games to millions of players around the world and optimize their live operations. Some of your responsibilities include:
- You will conduct user research with our internal users to understand their workflows, identify opportunities for improvements, and create design proposals to improve our internal tooling.
- Create artifacts for and run sessions to test and validate designs and assumptions with users.
- Drive features with iterative design thinking methodology from start to finish.
- Collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to make smart and pragmatic decisions as it relates to the implementation of designs and features.
- Communicate effectively with all the relevant stakeholders about assumptions, decisions, and processes.
About you
- You have a strong portfolio with demonstrated experience in creating, iterating on and implementing UX designs.
- Strong communication skills to lead design exploration, interfacing with users and hand off to developers.
- Experience maintaining consistent component libraries that enable faster development and support the product vision.
- You have relevant experience building great web products with a strong focus on user experience, usability and efficiency of the product.
- You have relevant experience creating and running user testing and design workshops.
- You know your way around tools such as Figma, Adobe or similar.
- You have experience with agile development methodologies.
- A working knowledge of HTML/JS/CSS is a plus!
