Playtika Boost is searching for a Senior UX/UI designer.

What’s Playtika Boost?

All Playtika games centralized platform that has a decade’s worth of games’ boosting experience.

It’s a conceptual, technological, and product-al boost.

This awesome designer will oversee cross-Playtika enterprise products, conduct a full design circle by conducting research, map the needs of the users and personas, create flows & designs for all states & scenarios while delivering to dev.

You will be responsible for the entire experiential façade of Playtika’s avant-garde division.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement the design experience for the Playtika Boost platform projects
• Be a proactive design lead who inspires through vision, methodological work, research practices, and standing up for design quality
• Understand the unique needs of multiple stakeholders with different workflows and requirements and transform them into customizable design components that delight end-users
• Work with product management & end-users to define and analyze the requirements
• Carry out user research to obtain user insights to better inform business and design decisions
• Collaborate and work with different teams across geos

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing web and mobile applications
• Experience with research-driven processes and working with complex design systems
• Comfortable in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to provide design guidelines and component library in a highly professional and organized way
• Experience working in an agile development environment using tools like Jira and Confluence
• Great collaboration and facilitation skills
• Technical understanding - Advantage
• Design experience for large-scale enterprise-level cloud solutions – Advantage
