Summary
We’re looking for a talented, creative and enthusiastic UX Designer to join us on a new title that is currently in production. In this role you will work on projects that solve deep and wide challenges. You will partner with product stakeholders to understand how to use data to help guide game and feature improvements, defining the problem, understanding users and market, generating tasks and user flows, creating sketches and wireframes (to add along to prototypes) and conducting usability tests.What you'll do
- Often lead and conduct qualitative studies that contribute to a better understanding of our players and persona definitions.
- Advocate for HCI (Human Computer Interaction) principles are adhered to and ensure design proposals demonstrate these principles.
- Great experience with prototyping.
- Mastery of fundamentals of Interaction Design and Information Architecture.
- Mastery of HCI principles.
- Advocate for a Design Thinking process.
- Help facilitate workshops with a cross-functional team.
- Develop and improve our design system, standards, and patterns together with the other UX designers.
- Professional level of English

- Independently produce impactful technical research which empower art designs/workflow.
- Support in project management. Assist task delegation to team members.
- Work independently for extended periods with support from the lead.
- Assist lead by checking work is completed by team to a high technical standard and in line with the desired style and implementation quality.
- Produce quick technical viability tests for complex effects/designs .
- You're comfortable with exposing your work at any stage, and take that as the essence of a good design process.
- Strong and knowledgeable voice that is always heard when you participate in Design Critiques.
- Deep knowledge of Mobile Games.
- An appreciation of Design and Game Mechanics.
- Ability to communicate ideas & concepts with other teams and stakeholders.
- You actively participate in discussions/creative brainstorms at a feature level.
- Give constructive feedback/guidance to non-senior artists
- You concisely and effectively communicate your work and may be called upon to represent your product team to executive leadership or in cross functional forums.
- You have a passion for games and are interested in what makes a game visually appealing.
