工作职责：
• 对游戏整体的交互框架、流程和用户体验进行规划和设计。
• 根据需求输出UX flow、 线框图与可交互原型。
• 跟进 UI 美术设计到程序落地，确保UI设计与交互引导一致。
任职要求：
• 具备必要的专业设计能力，能够熟练使用 Figma, XD 等原型输出工具。
• 交互设计、心理学等相关专业优先。
• 优秀的表达与沟通能力、团队协作能力。。
• 勤奋好学，在专业领域具有总结钻研和突破精神。
• 有良好的英文书面和口语能力优先。
• 有一定UI美术设计能力者优先。
附加：
• 2 年以上游戏行业相关工作经验，有FPS 项目经验者优先；
• 非游戏行业的有经验者，对游戏热爱并深度理解的也欢迎。
Responsibility:
• Construct and design the game entire UX wireframe, pipeline and user experience
• Define UX design principle and project standard according to the project practices
• Understand project’s design purpose, provide the best UX guidance and solution
• Follow up UI artist’s designs, make sure art design and UX design are aligned and implemented
Requirement：
• Professional UX design skills, familiar to Axure, Visio or other prototype tools, better to export animation
• UX design or Psychology degree is a plus;
• Having user research experience is a plus;
• Clear logical thinking;
• Good expression, communication skills, team spirit;
• Willing to study and innovate in the professional field;
• Good English written and verbal communication skills
Plus:
• More than 2 game industry experiences, having FPS experience is a plus;
