Job Title: International Sales & Business Planning Intern
Department: Business Planning & Analytics
Reports to: Sales & Channel Marketing Manager
Location: Windsor/London, UK
Role Purpose
Based at Take-Two’s International headquarters in Windsor, this role will help to support International sales and related departments to assist with product life cycle planning. You will be working on key video games franchises such as GTA V, Red Dead Redemption, NBA 2K, WWE 2K sports titles, Borderlands and Civilization series.
This is an exciting opportunity to build knowledge from a global entertainment perspective, where you will help to manage our IPs with both physical retailers and digital online partners. This International role will require working with different sales teams across EMEA and APAC, and enable you to gain understanding of each markets unique requirements.
Please be aware that we are excited to be moving from Windsor to brand new offices in Central London towards the end of next year! Please do therefore only proceed with an application if you would be happy to commute to Central London once we have relocated.
Key duties & responsibilities
Sales & Life Cycle Planning
- To gain a strong understanding on the video games industry, awareness of International Sales and Marketing to use within the role and keep key
- Assist with the collation of retail promotions across the offices in Europe, Asia and ANZ.
- Help analyse effectiveness of promotions and build on their success
- Monitor market pricing for the European markets on a weekly basis, to help recognise trends across different retailers, titles and over particular sales periods.
- Conduct regular games online audits to ensure products are set up correctly and help to improve discoverability across retail channels.
- Competitor Analysis
- Co-ordinate with our Digital sales teams to optimise sales opportunities across the business
- Assist with new Software rollout projects for our International territories.
- Develop a good understanding of our IT systems; JDE, OBI, Anaplan, Tableau.
- Working with the first parties Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo.
- Project work – During the year the candidate will complete at least one in depth project.
Finance planning/reporting
- Assist team in preparing executive summary
- Help generate adhoc reporting (preorders, sell through, promo analysis)
- Help validate reported sell through from Sales teams
- Sell through forecasting (Digital)
Building & developing relationships
- Build and maintain good working relationships within the team and other departments that we work closely with including Sales, Finance and Operations.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with the studio marketing teams
- Become a proactive team player
Skills & Knowledge required
- High standard of oral and written communication.
- Must be proficient to advanced level in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Numerical, analytical and able to report results and conclusions.

- Have a proactive and flexible attitude, with a creative approach to problem solving
- Confident and able to communicate succinctly.

Territories
Whilst the role is based in Windsor/London, you will be required to work collaboratively with the teams based here in the UK and also our territory offices, namely: France, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Australia & Singapore.
