The Role
We are a multi-national organisation within the dynamic world of entertainment seeking an Internal Audit intern to join our International Internal Audit team – working on full spectrum support.
The opportunity to make an impact is huge and the candidate we are seeking will be proactive, engaging, collaborative and capable of delivering high quality Internal Audit support to customers and colleagues within a framework of best practice.
The candidate will be used to working to tight deadlines, going the extra mile and working within a very fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills are vital, along with attention to detail, confidentiality, commitment and a willingness to work hard and get the job done.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Assisting the analysing and documenting of business process flows
- Understanding the technology supporting business processes
- Assisting in the communication of findings and recommendations to all levels of departmental and operating unit management verbally and through concisely written reports
- Assisting the documenting and testing of internal controls within the company’s business units to ensure compliance with Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Act
- Assisting with other audit projects and assignments as they arise
- Assisting with various administration tasks
Other responsibilities include:
- Developing an understanding of the organization as a whole
- Developing and fostering strong professional relationships within the company
- Building the department’s standing and credibility throughout the organization
- Taking a proactive role in departmental continuous improvement initiatives
Skills Required
- Strong written & oral communication and presentation skills
- Highly motivated with strong analytical skills, willing and able to learn new business and system processes quickly
- Strong PC skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Able to work proactively
- Flexibility and confidentiality
- Awareness of own limitations and when to escalate/seek advice
- Strong attention to detail
- Hard working and able to work under pressure during key periods
- Sense of humour, confident, great verbal and written communication skills
- Desire to work in a cool, creative environment
