The Role
We are a multi-national organisation within the dynamic world of entertainment seeking an HR intern to join our International Human Resources team – working on full spectrum support.
The opportunity to make an impact is huge and the candidate we are seeking will be proactive, engaging, collaborative and capable of delivering high quality HR generalist support to customers and colleagues within a framework of best practice.
The candidate will be used to working to tight deadlines, going the extra mile and working within a very fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills are vital, along with attention to detail, confidentiality, commitment and a willingness to work hard and get the job done.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Administration support to the intern recruitment process through all stages, including attending careers fairs, applicant processing, short-listing and interview arrangements
- Supporting the onboarding and offboarding of new starters
- Updating digital recruitment personnel files
- Employee lifecycle administration support including processing of starters, leavers and job change information
- Monitoring completion of probationary reviews to support performance management
- Updating the HRIS
- Benefits administration support
- Recording and processing invoices for payment in collaboration with the finance team
- Support training activity including booking and setting up of rooms, coordinating delegate lists, sending out joining instructions and monitoring training attendance
- Scheduling pension meetings
- Updating the company intranet
- Organisation chart and directory maintenance
- Preparing files for Audit
- Support with HR project work
- Reception desk cover as and when required by the Facilities team
- Assisting the social committee and facilities team with the set up of any onsite events as and when required
