Job Description:

Sledgehammer Games is looking for a UI/UX Lead (content team) to build and manage a new UI/UX team in Toronto. The successful candidate will become a founding member of our new team in Toronto. This role represents an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of UI/UX. The new UI/UX team will interact with stakeholders and partners across the business, working across the franchise rather than on projects specific to any single studio. The ideal candidate will be a person who can build effective relationships across the company, work with a variety of partners in a constructive manner and build and inspire a strong team as they deliver content that meets and exceeds franchise standards.

Your Mission

You will lead the conceptualization and design for the evolution of UI and UX ultimately setting best practice and making recommendations that will filter into all game releases. You will have a command of AAA console UI development, processes, and best practices. You will partner with stakeholders across Activision to define and conceptualize interfaces, then direct your team to translate them to production-level mock-ups.
