UI/UX Designer

We're looking for a talented and experienced UX Designer to drive the design of our mobile games. As a UX Designer, you will be a vital part of user-centric development and collaborate effectively with a team of developers to implement the design alongside the Ux Researchers, Game Designers, and Product Managers.

The person will be responsible for designing the flows and all the visuals for the game interface. The candidate will have extensive knowledge of mobile standards.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the game design process, conduct research-based decisions, track issues and propose improvements and needs.
• Conceptualize, design, and create user interfaces, menus, and assets that are visually appealing and intuitive;
• Maintain a consistent artistic style that follows the product guidelines;
• Troubleshoot problems and assist the team in unblocking issues related to UI and UX;
• Analyze data for decision-making.
• Quickly prototype UX wireframe design ideas in-game and rapidly iterate via playtesting
• Work closely with the Design Team to exchange hypotheses, ideas, and solutions.
• Skills in analytics to evaluate systems and interpret player behavior data
• Deliver the UX flow and wireframes according to the best practices of the mobile industry
• Design user-centered interfaces, icons, and micro-interactions.
• Work with developers to achieve quality in all aspects of the design
• Drive the implementation of the UX design

Qualification

• 3+ years as UX/UI designer
• Good balance between creativity and practical flexibility
• Outstanding self-motivation and initiative in a highly dynamic environment
• Experience with mobile products and all steps from the design process, from discovery to deliverables.
• Experience in creating wireframes, navigation flows, sketches, and interactive prototypes.
• Advanced experience with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch App, Adobe XD, After Effects, and similar).
• Strong knowledge of visual design principles, technical constraints, and UX best practices.
• User-centered UI design, micro-interactions, and interface implementation.
• Self-management skills as well as the ability to work as a contributing member in a multidisciplinary team.

Nice to have

• Ability to integrate your own assets into the game engine

• Experience with industry-standard game engines, such as Unity 3D
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Illustration and animation skills.
• Intermediate English Level (speaking and writing).
