Job Description

The Molasses Flood is looking for a UI/UX Designer to help drive the vision and implementation of our new game’s user interface, and to act as the champion and primary defender of the player experience. This is a game design role, and you will be the design partner to the UI artist. As UI/UX Designer, you will be the team member closest to the player’s second-to-second experience, and will help us ensure that every one of those seconds is delightful and frustration-free. You will also own and drive the creation of our game’s tutorialization system, thus ensuring our game remains accessible even to new players.

This is a full-time salaried position at our office in the greater Boston area. Relocation assistance is available.

Company Description

The Molasses Flood is a CD PROJEKT game development studio located in the greater Boston area. We were founded by industry veterans in 2014, and since then have created The Flame in the Flood and Drake Hollow . We’re currently working on an ambitious and exciting new project and are growing our team across all departments.
