UI Designer - Subscription

Job Description
As UI Designer, for Subscription products, you will build multi-platform interfaces that will deliver simple, intuitive experiences for gamers. Reporting to the Director of Experience, you will work in pair with the UX Manager and collaborate with multiple internal teams (IT, Connect & Solutions) to create the look, layout and features of websites and associated application, creating new experience or optimizing existing ones. You are a positive, dedicated, and innovative collaborator who has solid skills developing compelling interfaces in the digital, eCommerce and/or Subscription context. You are comfortable making recommendations, have a creative touch and can manage multiple priorities.

What you'll do
- Act as the lead or contributing designer on projects
- Work closely with the UX manager and project team to produce UI design solutions through concepts and high-fidelity prototypes
- Adhere to, and create, design libraries
- Create and design multiple platform (web, mobile, etc.) visual concepts and graphics from conception to production for various projects related to the subscription service (new features, optimization of existing flows, a/b testing, etc.)
- Bring original design ideas that are simple and user friendly, offering intuitive experiences
- Design wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and mockups
- Define, maintain, and apply Ubisoft+ brand identity & design system
- Provide constructive art direction alongside others designers
- Deliver high quality assets, respect deadlines & rigorously document projects
- Remain on top of trends, continuously challenge & evolve design, and experiences
Qualifications
- Previous experience in UI graphic design and digital marketing, subscription, or e-commerce environment
- Knowledge of current trends in graphic design and video games
- Proficiency in prototyping and design tools like Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch
- Comfortable working with Adobe Suite, Miro, Lucid charts
- Basic understanding of front-end stack (HTML/CSS)
- Sense of organization, autonomy, attention to detail and artistic judgment
- Result oriented and meets deadlines
- Ability to adapt to change
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
