Your role within our Kingdom

We are looking for an extraordinarily skilled UI Artist Intern to join our growing team for our autumn internship and work on our exciting games. You will work closely with the product owner, artists, designers and developers and will be part of a highly experienced and successful team, so you should be a very talented artist and a great team player to be a match. A portfolio demonstrating all aspects of your skill is required. Please Provide a link to your online Portfolio or attach a PDF to your application.

Our UI Artists create fun, engaging and beautiful experiences for millions of players to enjoy. They don't only craft catchy and appealing interfaces but also put themselves in the players’ shoes, coming up with designs that fulfill their expectations and give them a delightful game experience. We are looking for creative talents with skills in User Interface Design for mobile games and the ability to create visually appealing, user- friendly and consistent interface art assets (e.g. menus, buttons, icons and animation).

Skills to create thrills

• You are a very creative person with a passion for games.
• With skills and knowledge of User Interface design for mobile games.
• You also have a consistent record of creating appealing game art.
• You are comfortable with implementing assets into a game engine.
• You are comfortable with using the Adobe CS package.
• Experience creating UX flows/wireframes/prototypes
• You either have a degree or are pursuing a degree, graphical design, game art or equivalent
• You have good communication and organizational skills.

Tasty bonus skills

• Experience from working in an agile project environment.
• Previous experience from creating casual mobile games.
• Experience in VFX creation

We are keeping this under review, and will provide final confirmation closer to the date on which the internship is due to commence, but you should assume the internship will be remote.
