Trust and Safety Analyst (Remote within Romania)

About the role
We are looking for a Trust and Safety Analyst to contribute to supporting the team in all aspects of the efficient running of the Trust and Safety function. This is a new role and will present an opportunity to be part of a growing and critical part of our ongoing strategy.
What you'll do
- Conducting reviews and in-depth assessment of time-sensitive and potentially harmful content using a variety of methodologies
- Addressing critical content issues including but not limited to graphic writings, offensive or derogatory language and other objectionable material all within the specified time frames
- Reviewing requests as per team policies and workflows
- Detailing findings in a clear way
- Leading multiple investigations at once whilst optimally prioritizing time
- Understanding of geopolitical, cultural and social issues and sensitivities
- Working cross-functionally with player support, community management, and legal teams
- Undertaking ad hoc requests as required
What you'll need
- Two years experience in a Trust and Safety or equivalent role
- You are proficient in English and any of these languages: Russian, German, Turkish, French or Spanish
- Flexibility to work Saturdays or Sundays (where needed)
- Experience with internal investigation systems
- Experience with high-volume request intakes
