Trust and Safety Analyst (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Trust and Safety Analyst to contribute to supporting the team in all aspects of the efficient running of the Trust and Safety function. This is a new role and will present an opportunity to be part of a growing and critical part of our ongoing strategy.

What you'll do

• Conducting reviews and in-depth assessment of time-sensitive and potentially harmful content using a variety of methodologies
• Addressing critical content issues including but not limited to graphic writings, offensive or derogatory language and other objectionable material all within the specified time frames
• Reviewing requests as per team policies and workflows
• Detailing findings in a clear way
• Leading multiple investigations at once whilst optimally prioritizing time
• Understanding of geopolitical, cultural and social issues and sensitivities
• Working cross-functionally with player support, community management, and legal teams
• Undertaking ad hoc requests as required

What you'll need

• Two years experience in a Trust and Safety or equivalent role
• You are proficient in English and any of these languages: Russian, German, Turkish, French or Spanish
• Flexibility to work Saturdays or Sundays (where needed)
• Experience with internal investigation systems
• Experience with high-volume request intakes
