Treasury Specialist

The purpose of the Treasury Specialist role is to execute treasury operational tasks and to provide support and training to the Regional Treasury Administrators, which are key to the functioning of the Group Treasury Department. These tasks include but are not limited to payment processing, trade confirmation, cash-pool administration, preparing cash flow forecasts, supporting process improvement projects and Group Treasury projects.

Responsibilities

• Process treasury transactions including FX trade, studio funding etc. Coordinate approval with payment approvers
• Administer inter-company loan agreements and preparation and posting of journal imports to the system monthly for interest accruals across the Group
• Resolve issues/queries in relation to user access, credit cards etc
• Assist with bank documentation requirements e.g. in relation to account opening and closing and KYC requests
• Assist on-boarding of acquisitions, migrating bank accounts, credit cards etc.
• Provide support and training to the Regional Treasury Administrators across the Group
• Assist the roll-out of credit card employee expense platform, resolve issues/queries and help manage user access rights
• Other project related work; in particular automation and work-flow to improve process

Requirements

• 2-3 years' relevant work experience
• Treasury qualification / a bachelor's degree in business or similar
• Experience with Finance management information systems, ideally Netsuite, MS Office, Email, Web/Internet and Banking software would be an advantage
• Strong Excel skills
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Ability to multitask and manage own workload in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and team skills
• Attention to detail
