Treasury Analyst – Cash-flow planning & control (F/H/NB)

The Cash, Project and Process Management business unit within the Cash Flow and Financing department is looking for a Treasury Analyst in charge of cash flow planning and control.
Reporting to the BU Manager, your main tasks will be as follows:
Cash flow planning
- Help to consolidate the projected cash flow and balance sheet for all subsidiaries, and prepare the Group’s cash budget;
- Model cash flow and balance sheet impacts for ad hoc simulations and scenarios;
- Analyse gaps with actuals;
- Keep the projected cash flow and balance sheet modelling tool up to date.
Control and processes
- Control the compliance of the processes and tools with recommendations from the internal auditing and risk management teams;
- Manage the centralization of the Group's signing authorities and update their mandates in accordance with Group rules;
- Ensure the update and monitoring of procedures in the scope of audit assignments.
You will work in regular contact with the Financial Planning, Consolidation, Internal Control and ISD teams.
Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you will have acquired proven experience in management auditing and/or in an audit firm, or similar experience in cash flow management.

- Adapt to the various changes (in terms of accounting policies, tools and the Group's development) and manage the impacts on your assignments;
- Propose and implement actions for improvement via reports;
- Collaborate actively with the members of the Cash Flow and Financing team and with your various contacts.

- You benefit from solid financial analysis skills underpinned by extensive knowledge of accounting and financial principles.
- You are proficient with Excel and eager to work with other tools. In this respect, initial experience with HFM and/or a budget planning tool would be an advantage.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential in order to be able to work in a multicultural context.
- With your excellent analytic and synthetic skills, you are self-sufficient, meticulous, organized and reliable.
- Proactive and agile, you are able to competently manage priorities.
- You benefit from strong relational skills and the ability to convince others and adapt your approach to those you are working with.
- You thrive on teamwork, and seek to find consensual and lasting sources of improvement.
- You have an inquisitive nature, and are constantly eager to learn and develop new skills.
- An interest in video games would be a plus.
