Job Description
Ubisoft's Workplace department, which consists of about 55 people, works to improve the work environment and the employee experience. The Workplace aims to offer employees a work environment that reflects their image: friendly, creative and original.
Within the Workplace Team, you will be part of the Travel & Meet Team, composed of 6 people divided into 3 areas of expertise: the strategy of the service (optimization, contracts, projects), meetings (seminars and meeting rooms) and the organization of travel, for which we are looking for our new employee.
As a Travel Specialist, your main missions are:
1. Accompany our employees in their travel by plane and by land:
- You make recommendations according to the profile and type of trip;
- You prepare all-inclusive trips (transportation, establishments, experience, visa applications, etc.) for individual and group requests;
- You organize complex tours and handle requests from top management;
- You apply the travel policy and ensure that travelers respect it;
- You assist our employees in the use of company cars.
2. Participate in the continuous improvement of the Travel service:
- You write communication tools to better inform employees about Travel news (newsletters and travel blog);
- You manage satisfaction surveys and disputes and complaints with the various partners;
- You organize training for employees on the tools and processes of the service;
- You contribute to contract negotiations, supplier relations and the implementation of reporting tools for the team.
Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you have a first experience in Corporate Travel or in a travel agency (business or leisure).

- You are familiar with GDS, yield management and bureaucratic tools such as Excel.
- During your experiences, you have learned to demonstrate a strong sense of service and customer satisfaction.
- You are known for your excellent interpersonal skills, your organizational skills and your ability to adapt.
- You know how to make proposals, be versatile and work independently.
- Finally, you have a good level of English (both written and spoken) and you thrive in international environments.
