Transformation Change Management Advisor

Job Description
As part of the Production Transformation team, we are responsible for coaching stakeholders and transformation project managers on change management and managing the overall transformation program change.
You will report to our Director of Transformation Change Management. You will support and advise project teams in change management. In addition, you will collaborate to design, articulate and execute change management strategies and plans for the overall transformation to facilitate employee engagement in the transformation. As such, you will have three main mandates, to act as a change management coa, change management specialist and change management catalyst.
Responsibilities
- Design tools and methods, build, facilitate and provide customized consulting
- Define the "case for change" and the scope of the change, define the transformation, the transformation and its storytelling;
- Analyze the impacts (high level and detailed), the stakeholders and the overall impact of the transformation;
- Collaborate to design and execute the strategy and change management plan for the overall transformation;
- Coordinate, execute and monitor change management activities while ensuring alignment with the rest of the transformation;
- Define relevant change management indicators; and develop tools;
- Manage concerns and prevent human risks related to the change;
- Produce various relevant communication materials on the transformation, in French or in English;
- Maintain close and regular contact with studio transformation and change management managers and all other stakeholders - You will manage concerns and prevent human risks related to the change;
- Participate actively in communities of change management practitioners while sharing your knowledge and tools.
Qualifications
- Solid experience in change management in the context of transformation programs or project portfolios with varied impacts, ideally in an international environment. PROSCI certification is an asset;
- Excellent presentation and writing skills in French and English. You are an excellent storyteller and visual communicator;
- A mastery of the basic principles of andragogy. You are able to provide sound advice on training and development strategies and plans;
- Your strong organizational skills and ability to take on multiple projects simultaneously, ensure delivery, and set up monitoring and performance indicators.
