Job Description
We are looking for a talented content creator blending technical writing skills with digital content creation and coordination. The role manages the teams internal and external training documentation and enablement as well as the CMS library.
The role requires a high level of technical understanding, attention to detail, communication and ability to deliver under a deadline. You’ll be expected to manage and develop content to enable both our teams and our partner’s teams. To be successful in this role you need to be a proven content creator, copy writer or technical writer (or similar role). Additionally, you’ll be expected to organize, write and/or create supporting documents and materials as well as communicate and delivery the material.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and develop organizational level communication, operational process and training.
- Translate complicated concepts into ideas that are both easy to read and meaningful to end users.
- Experience as a skilled collaborator, troubleshooter, solution creator and top tier communicator.

Qualifications
- BA Degree in Business, Marketing or Education preferred
- 3-6 years’ relevant experience in copywriting, technical writing, content creation, or similar
- Organize, write and/or create supporting documents
- Create and manage internal sales documentation, onboarding, and training materials
- Communicate and distribute content
- Develop and implement training based upon requirements
- Research industry related topics
- Prepare drafts using digital publishing platforms
- Edit and proofread written pieces before publication
- Identify customers’ needs, recommend and deliver solutions
- Coordinate with work, branding and assets with other internal teams
- Determine the needs of end users of informative, technical as well as pre and post sales documents
- Proven work as a content creator, copywriter, technical writer or similar role
- The ability to plan, execute, and analyze an overall strategy.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal
- Ability to tell compelling stories, clearly articulating Magic Leap’s value and vision.
- Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills
Education:
- BA/BS Degree or comparable experience
- MBA preferred
