Job Description
We’re looking for a person to join our HR team on a position of Training & Development Team Manager. Your main task will be coordinating our Training team to ensure the highest quality and efficiency of our Training and Development investments. - Managing our training team.
- Researching, planning and coordinating the entire CD PROJEKT RED’s team training & development needs in cooperation with other HR departments.
- Cooperating with our external training partners and services providers.
- Being responsible for training & development budget.
- Ensuring the best quality of the current solutions and introducing new tools to support our employees’ development.
Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in HR field.
- Experience introducing smart development & training politics based on the previously diagnosed needs.
- Ability to research potential in employees.
- Analytical skills.
- Fluent English.
- Ability to manage a team.
- Practical knowledge of individual and group development tools.
- Ability to conduct trainings and presentations.
