Trainee Character Artist

Reporting to the Lead Character Artist, the candidate will be working on a current Project in production and will form part of highly skilled team, and required to:

• Create high quality realistic and stylized in game character.
• Create Character costume, weapons and prop highpoly/lowpoly models following process guidelines.
• Create high quality textures suitable for both traditional and PBR pipeline consistency through game presentation.

For this role you need:

• Any Internship/Experience in video game production or related experience are preferred.
• Understanding of human form/anatomy and structure/silhouette in respect of modelling.
• Good artistic sense, proactive personality, and eagerness to learn new techniques.
• Good knowledge of 3D packages like Zbrush, maya, max and procedural software’s like painter and Quixel.
• Self-motivation. Good communication skills, and fast learner
• Portfolio demonstrating good in character modelling and texture including hard surface and organic assets
• Academic background in Arts or equivalent or traditional art background are preferred.
