You will be expected to embed with these teams to deliver end to end solutions in a timely fashion in a live development environment. The next great Criterion Tools Engineer also needs:

On a technical level, you will need extensive experience building tools with C++ and C#, a good understanding of Windows system programming, and 3d math such as trigonometry and matrices. But also a sense of adventure, a desire to try things quickly and the good sense to know when something is not working right or is simply crazy. We value engineers who can think for themselves and be creative with the solutions they offer and be able to deliver incremental benefits to the team as the solution is developed. You will need to be talking, driving and demonstrating solutions to lots of people lots of the time. There will be something new every week and every day and you will need to be adapting to that change and helping that change be for the better.
