Tools Programmer - Perforce Specialist [Tom Clancy's The Division 2]

Job Description
Your primary focus will be implementing and maintaining the various tools and core engine systems of our in-house engine Snowdrop, empowering our developers to create ambitious AAA games. As a Perforce Specialist you'll also collaborate with our diverse team of programmers, data managers, designers, artists and testers to craft high quality, scalable solutions where performance, memory, and load times are taken into account.
Responsibilities:
- Designing, implementing, debugging, and iterating on new and existing engine systems and tools;
- Ensuring artists and designers can smoothly and safely iterate on their work through the versioning systems.

Qualifications
You are friendly and approachable; you enjoy programming games and like to be on the cutting edge of tools development. You have an eye for quality, enjoy solving problems and are able to think about how things work technically. This require you to be a team player. To succeed in this position you are a strong communicator and easily get your point across.
Besides the above we’re looking for someone with experiences within the following areas:
- Proven work experience with Tools Development and Perforce
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of professional programming experience with C++
- Experience with multi-threaded development, performance analysis tools, network programming and Optimization
- Experience building and maintaining user interfaces, designing efficient systems, debugging and problem solving.
