Business Unit TiMi Studio Group is an award-winning game development and operations team that strives to improve global players’ entertainment quality. TiMi is part of Tencent Games and is headquartered in Shenzhen, China with offices in Los Angeles, Montreal, Seattle, Shanghai and Chengdu. It strives to create high quality, high fidelity, highly creative games across a wide variety of genres and multiple platforms. What the Role Entails Lead business development, negotiations, and contract management for TiMi games in Western markets. Identify and secure strategic brand partnerships to expand game market reach, including FMCG brands, consumer electronics, and exhibitions. Coordinate internal and external resources; conduct market research and competitive analysis to support informed business decisions. Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Who We Look For Minimum of 8 Years Experience: Proven track record in game business development, showcasing strong negotiation skills and expertise in contract management Extensive Network: Well-connected within Western markets; experience with brand partnerships is highly preferred Market Insight: Deep understanding of the Western game market landscape and industry trends Skills: Detail-oriented with exceptional communication skills, a collaborative teamwork spirit, and critical thinking capabilities Languages: Fluent communication skill in English is a must, ability to speak Chinese is a plus Why Join Us?
