Temporary Media Specialist

Job Description
As a Media Specialist your primary job is to ensure that their game title(s) is/are prepared to execute on multiple media channels. While not leading media strategy and tactics development, this role is critical to the execution of large and small scale media campaigns. You will collaborate closely and communicate with several cross-functional departments to ensure that our brand assets are created to required specifications, routed, QA’d, and delivered to internal and external partners/departments. Being highly organized, detail-oriented, efficient, collaborative, and team-focused will be crucial to success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed and accurate spec sheets
- Q/A all inbound creative assets
- Insure all cross-functional teams are provided the correct media assets
- Daily tracking and project management for your media team(s) including managing timelines and schedules
- Coordinate meetings with external partners
- Q/A trafficking sheets to ensure accurate naming conventions
- Build strong relationships and function as a liaison between internal and external teams to drive the finalization of media assets
- Gather and communicate relevant information for creative materials to Ubisoft Creative Services, cross functional teams, and agency partners.
- Ensure timely delivery of assets to the correct specifications.
- Have a strong understanding of video formats and technical specifications to be able to review delivered video elements for disparities.
Qualifications
- BS or BA in marketing, communications, or business.
- 3-5 years experience in a marketing environment/creative organization. Entertainment experience gaming, movies, TV, etc. and video production experience is a plus.
- General knowledge of production and creative terminology as it relates to print, TV, online, etc. Understands file types like aep, psd, psb, mov, jpg, png.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Self-confident and motivated. Builds trust and relationships with all cross functional teams.
- Ability to persevere and find order in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing variables.
- Experience with an adserver.
- Project management experience and process knowledge.
