Le/la Technicien·ne Support Informatique assure le bon fonctionnement de l’environnement de l’équipe TI ainsi que des utilisateurs de nos studios au Québec et s’engage à fournir un service informatique de qualité. Dans ce but, la personne recherchée possède un vif engouement à l'amélioration continue des services et procédures informatiques ainsi que des technologies qui s’y rattachent.

The IT Support Technician ensures the proper functioning of the environment for the IT team as well as for the users of our studios in Quebec and is committed to providing quality IT service. To this end, the person we are looking for has a keen interest in the continuous improvement of IT services and procedures as well as related technologies.
