TECHNICIEN SUPPORT INFORMATIQUE

Le Technicien Support Informatique assure le bon fonctionnement de l’environnement de l’équipe TI et des utilisateurs de nos studios montréalais et s’engage à fournir un service informatique exceptionnel.

Dans le but d'améliorer l'expérience utilisateur globale et l’environnement TI, l'individu possède un vif engouement à l'amélioration continue des services et procédures informatiques et des technologies qui s’y rattachent.

RESPONSABILITÉS :

• Gérer les billets de niveaux 1 et 2 (requêtes et incidents) ;
• Travailler avec les clients pour évaluer et résoudre les problèmes techniques, tant à distance que sur place ;
• Collaborer avec les fournisseurs pour résoudre les problèmes, le cas échéant ;
• Effectuer les tâches d'administrateur système de premier niveau ;
• Gérer les accès utilisateurs avec le portail d'administration Azure AD et MSO365 ;
• Rédiger de la documentation technique ;
• Effectuer toutes tâches connexes assurant le bon fonctionnement des services TI.

EXPÉRIENCE ET QUALIFICATIONS :

• Diplôme d'études collégiales en TI ;
• Un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience récente et pertinente dans le dépannage de diverses technologies et d'expériences d'utilisateurs ;
• Connaissance avancée des systèmes d'exploitation Linux, Windows et Mac ;
• Forte connaissance de la suite O365 ;
• Solides compétences analytiques ;
• Connaissance des téléphones mobiles Android et iOS dans un contexte de MDM ;
• Expérience de travail au sein d'une équipe de service structurée avec une approche ITIL ;
• Forte expérience dans la recherche et le dépannage de problèmes informatiques divers ;
• Compétences en matière de réseaux (IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS) ;
• Compréhension des domaines, des profils d'utilisateurs et de leur fonctionnement (niveau avancé) ;
• Expérience avec les équipements et environnements de jeux vidéo (PC et consoles de jeux) ;
• Bilingue français-anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.

IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

REPORTS TO: IT SERVICE CENTER MANAGER

The IT Support Technician ensures the smooth functioning of the IT team environment and the users of our Montreal studios and is committed to providing exceptional IT service.

With the goal of improving the overall user experience and IT environment, the individual has a strong commitment to the continuous improvement of IT services, procedures, and related technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 tickets (requests and incidents);
• Work with clients to evaluate and solve technical problems, both remotely and on-site;
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues as necessary;
• Entry-level system administration;
• Manage user accounts through Azure AD and MSO365 administration portal;
• Create technical documentation;
• Any other tasks related to IT well being.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• IT College Diploma;
• A minimum of 5 years of experience troubleshooting various technology in a customer facing context;
• Advanced knowledge of operating systems like Linux, Windows, and Mac;
• Strong knowledge of the MSO365 suite;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Knowledge of Android and iOS mobile phones in an MDM environment;
• Experience in working in a structured team with an ITIL approach;
• Experience with researching and successfully troubleshooting diverse IT issues;
• Basic network skills (IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS);
• Understanding of domains, user profiles and how they work;
• Experience with video game equipment and environments (PC and Gaming consoles);
• Bilingualism french-english, spoken as well as written.
