Technical Content Developer

The Customer Success team at Unity is growing, and we’re looking for a number of technical content developers to join us on our mission to deliver great support to our users!
The team is made up of people from a variety of backgrounds, including engineering, game development, content development, and success management. This is a new role, in an established team, so we are looking for you to jump onboard, and help guide us in crafting great content to support our mission of enabling our creators to build wildly successful projects using Unity.
When you join us, you’ll work collaboratively with a team of support engineers across the globe to produce technical content that simplifies, explains, and empowers us to deliver world-class guidance and support to our creators. This includes a mix of writing from scratch, revising draft documents, and overhauling legacy content.
What you'll be doing
- Writing, editing, and publishing technical content to support software releases
- Gathering, editing, and publishing subject-specific knowledge from subject matter experts and developers
- Supporting developer support teams to deliver high-quality technical support to our creators
What we're looking for
- Experience working as a Unity developer
- Outstanding standard of written and spoken English
You might also have
- Passion for gaming or interest in the technology industry
- Experience developing technical training materials
- Experience working as a technical writer, content manager or similar
Some travel may be required between Unity offices around the world (San Francisco, Seattle, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Asia) and to some major industry events.
