Reporting to the Product Operations Manager – iGaming Live Ops, this role is part of a team working on pre-launch documentation which includes support processes, escalation paths, user manuals for internally developed tools, FAQ’s and any additional flows or documentation needed to assist in the launch of our iGaming products. Post launch, the responsibilities will include documenting the customer support flows, creating a ‘script’ of support responses going out to various stakeholders, and any additional flow diagrams or documentation needed to support the business. Additionally, the Technical Writer will need to maintain and organize all archived documentation and constantly revise the documentation to remain relevant and accurate. This role requires a person who has amazing organization skills, a passion for creating all types of documentation and occasionally the need to train others.What You'll Do
- Work with the Customer Support team and management to establish and document the processes and procedures for communications and support flow for various stakeholders both internal and external
- Document and organize response scripts for various support issues
- Support and collaborate with our Customer Support to identify and create training materials
- Create In-App walkthrough and user guides describing application functionality
- Create any needed FAQ’s for various iGaming products
- Help to establish best practices for documentation
- Obtain data and information from review of documentation, drawings, and reports, consultation with technical staff members
- Establish procedures and formats, research and compile technical data for use in routine documents or sections of documents such as manuals, procedures and specifications
- Prepare and maintain operations documentation, user guides and manuals and technical publications
- Become familiar with the support tools used both internally and 3rd party in order to research which topics are priority for documentation purposes
What We're Looking For
- BS/BA degree required in English, Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, Technical Writing, or other related degree
- 3+ years relevant or related to product management/technical writing/product training
- Expert using multiple word processing and presentation tools such as MS Word, PowerPoint, and Visio, etc.
- Must be able to work with product, design, engineering, and business teams to capture information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge and expertise of App development preferred.
- Knowledge and expertise of online/iGaming preferred.
