We're looking for a passionate, ambitious, and collaborative Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to become a part of our growing team.
Responsibilities

•Effectively partner with Hiring Managers and Leadership to identify talent needs and build strategies based on understanding of market and role to hire talent

•Develop and drive engaging candidate and manager experiences

•Expand our diverse talent networks in technology Engage knowledgeable industry sources to develop an on-going pool of candidates and build our brand

•Collaborate and consult in a fast paced matrixed environment with recruiting colleagues and other internal partners

•Apply data to provide insights, drive decisions and frequently report recruiting success and improvement opportunities to management

Qualifications

•3+ full cycle recruiting experience with technical roles. Experience with Unity and gaming a plus

•3+ year’s experience in sourcing and recruiting diverse senior engineering talent

•3+ deep sourcing skills that enable you to creatively find and attract diverse engineering talent

•Demonstrated success managing and prioritizing multiple searches and projects and owning the process - You've got this!

•You'll need to be a self-starter who can operate effectively in our collaborative environment and navigate the ambiguity of a start-up

•Relationship building skills that build mutual trust and influence stakeholders to drive results

•You'll take a candidate-centric approach to help Age of Learning stand out as an employer of choice.

•Prior experience in the games, entertainment or high-tech industry

•Built-in network of game development professionals
