Technical Support Engineer, CXS Core TechSummary
You will be part of Level 4 team within the CXS Core Technology group and will be interfacing with the CXS Services group for resolving customer software issues during product upgrades or on escalated issues. You will be responsible for troubleshooting the issue and work closely with Architect and Product Management group to ensure alignment on the suggested solution.What You'll Do
- Work with developers, support personnel, installation teams on customer software issues.
- Create relevant documents that support development and provide insight of work done to other team members.

What We're Looking For
- Relevant Experience in Technical Support: 4+ years.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or its equivalent.
- Must have strong skills in Networking, multicast, TCP/IP communications
- Strong skills in working with Unix/Linux OS
- Database programming using SQL with SQL Server or MySQL.
- Java, J2EE framework knowledge is a plus.
- Knowledge of OneLink/Oasis suite preferred.
- Web service experience (XML / XSD / SOAP/ REST/ etc) is a plus.
- Knowledge of SVN, GIT and build tools like Jenkins, Maven, Ant as a plus
- Prometheus/Grafana experience will be a plus
- Familiar with VmWare/HyperV provisioning/deployment and how virtual environments work.
- Familiar with various web architectures, platforms, and frameworks
- Must have strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Must have strong communication skills, able to work independently and be team oriented
- Demonstrates excellent oral and written, communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Atlassian tools will a plus
- Demonstrates an extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prior Casino gaming industry experience is preferred.
- Must be able to be licensed in multiple jurisdictions
- Must be available for after-hours support and travel as needed to customer sites.
