Technical Support Engineer, CXS Core Tech

Summary

You will be part of Level 4 team within the CXS Core Technology group and will be interfacing with the CXS Services group for resolving customer software issues during product upgrades or on escalated issues. You will be responsible for troubleshooting the issue and work closely with Architect and Product Management group to ensure alignment on the suggested solution.
