We are looking for a Technical Sound Designer to make a perfect match with our creative audio designers in order to create a unique and solid audio experience in our game Killer Klowns from Outer Space: The Game.
Responsibilities
- Implement audio assets and create audio systems required for different games and tools.
- Work with Unreal Engine and FMOD middleware in close collaboration with sound designers, programmers and game designers.
- Create technical documentation for authored systems and implementations.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a similar role in the game development industry.
- Proficiency with FMOD
- Proficiency with Unreal Engine (4 and 5)
- Knowledge of Blueprint scripting in Unreal
- Being comfortable with C++ scripting
- Proficiency with Reaper or any industry standard DAW
- Experience with the management of repositories
- A strong ability to take ownership of the audio development process
- Great communication skills, independent and reliabl e
Nice to have experience with
- Full game development cycle experience (from pre-production to post launch support)
- AAA experience
- Gameplay Ability System knowledge
- Audio programming knowledge
- Fluency in other scripting languages
- JIRA and Confluence knowledge
