Streamline Media Group is a global company with teams in North America, Europe, and Asia. We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic team player that is deadline-focused . The HR recruiter will be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of different positions.
To be a successful HR Recruiter, you should have good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, technical skills, and artist roles, as well as knowledge of the recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify hiring needs and sourcing strat egies.
- Work with hiring managers to create and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Utilize multiple social and digital sources/pools/streams to fill the applicant funnel including referrals from current employees to attract the best-fit candidates.
- Screen candidate’s resume and job applications according to department, industry, and company culture requirements.
- Conduct interviews through assessing the applicant’s relevant knowledge, technical skills, soft skills, experiences, and aptitudes.
- Handle job requisitions and candidates in our Applicant Tracking System.
- Proactively coordinate with various departments such as IT, Human Resources , and the respective hiring departments to ensure goals and requirements are met.
- Offering job positions and complet ing the relevant paperwork.
- Taking care of talent pools and enjoy candidate communication.
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
- Onboard new employees to become fully integrated.
- Engage in tech meetings, conferences, and meetups to coordinate with IT experts and other professionals.
- Promote the reputation of the company for being an extr aordinary workplace.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor of Science , Human Resources Management, IT or relevant field .
- Proven 2+ years of recruiting experience as a HR Recruiter in a recruiting agency.
- Experience in managing expectations of large groups of hiring managers.
- Strong ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based , stress, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checks, etc.)
- Ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
- A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
- Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
- Develop strong trusting relationships to gain support and achieve results.
- Analytical and goal-oriented.
- Self-directed, motivated, and positive.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Basic understanding of the game creation pipeline, tools used, and the latest industry hiring trend.
