Chartboost is scaling across multiple departments and looking for a Technical Recruiter to join the adventure! We’re looking for someone passionate and experienced in finding strong talent, focusing on sourcing and providing leads. Partnering with division managers, you will work side by side, shepherding and managing the entire recruiting life cycle for their roles.
You love building relationships, expertly source candidates, and facilitate the interview process all while providing a stellar candidate experience. Impact you will make:
- Use your stellar sourcing skills to identify, assess, and build pipeline of excellent candidates
- Partner with hiring managers on the full cycle recruiting process for Engineering, Product, and Support, ensuring a seamless, consistent hiring process and incredibly positive candidate experience
- Collaborate with company efforts to create a strong employer-of-choice brand
- Identify inefficiencies and innovate/improve your process and pipeline
Who you are:
- Minimum +4 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting, with a technical recruiting background preferred
- Solid experience sourcing diverse candidates through multiple creative channels (via LinkedIn Recruiter, Github, StackOverflow, Quora, etc.)
- Highly ambitious and have a stellar work ethic
- Meticulous organizational skills - you pride yourself at keeping records up-to-date in real-time
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system; Greenhouse experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills - you have a customer-focused attitude but can also make your expert voice heard
- You are results-oriented and always eager to get things done with ability to prioritize your work efficiently

This is a fully remote role that may be based anywhere in the United States.
The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $90,000 and $167,000 per year. For applicants based in Colorado at the start of employment is expected to be between $85,000 and $150,300 per year. For applicants based in New York City and New Jersey at the start of employment is expected to be between $85,000 and $167,000 per year.
However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position for applicants based in Washington at the start of employment is expected to be between $80,000 and $150,300 per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees will also receive 13 paid holidays per calendar year, unlimited discretionary time off, and will receive 10 sick days per calendar year. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
