What we’re looking for:
For a new, innovative and super-exciting business within AppLovin, we’re looking for a brilliant backend developer, 100% hands-on with wide system understanding and vision. The ideal candidate is super passionate about technology, independent, self-motivated, results-oriented and sharp.
Responsibilities:
- Work as a single recruitment function in the company.
- Responsible for the hiring processes, design, and execution of sourcing strategies to identify the best talent.
- Manage job postings on both internal and external channels.
- Screening resumes and performing phone interviews to determine which candidates meet Applovin requirements.
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs & Coordinating interviews.
- Keep candidates up-to-date and informed throughout the hiring process.
- Conducting reference and background checks for advanced candidates.
- Be a trusted adviser to employees and managers and support their Day to day activities
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in technology recruitment- Must.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Experience of talent hunting through social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Direct sourcing experience with a demonstrated ability to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for a variety of positions at different levels of the organization.
- Able to work in a start-up environment: do what it takes, ability to work in a super intense and dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with various interfaces.
- Passion for working with people.
- High level of English (written and verbal)- Must.
