The Recruiting Team at Roblox is looking for a Technical Sourcer to identify and assess qualified candidates through strong partnerships with our Recruiters and Hiring Teams.
The Recruiting Tiger Team is an agile team of recruiters and sourcers that work across the business on the highest priority roles and company initiatives. This team is being built from the ground up and will be deployed to partner with leaders in both technical and non-technical roles. This could include tackling new acquisitions, staffing hiring surges, addressing critical attrition, and solving other hiring challenges across Roblox.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with hiring managers and executives to understand their team and overall organization needs. You'll provide qualified, prepared, and passionate candidates by working with our sourcing organization to engage and attract the future builders of Roblox.
- Prioritize building a diverse team at every step of the recruiting process, ensuring our top-of-funnel efforts and interviews provide candidates of all backgrounds with equal, unbiased consideration and opportunity.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience, aligning with our Talent Operations Team to ensure all candidates leave our doors feeling inspired, supported and informed.
- Ensure that operational excellence and data integrity is at the forefront of your work stream.
- Employ market intelligence and funnel metrics to inform your search strategy and build a trusting and credible relationship with your leaders, your team, and Roblox on a whole.
What We're Looking For:
- Experienced, with 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with exposure to technical roles.
- You're a team player who values collaboration and building close partnerships within the recruiting team and our hiring partners.
- You ramp up quickly and achieve hiring goals. The success of the tiger team is dependent on our ability to come in and solve hiring problems holistically. This could also include streamlining process, training, referral drives, events and data analysis.
- You are available to work full-time in San Mateo, CA.
