GSN Games is looking for a Technical Recruiter (Contract) to join our fabulous team in London!
What You'll Do:
- Source, attract and close top talent for GSN Games, via direct sourcing, employee referrals, recruiting tools, events, and other creative avenues in a highly-competitive market in multiple locations
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership and candidate advocacy
- Establish relationships with client groups to get a full understanding of their business objectives, business challenges and culture
- Develop recruiting strategy and build talent pipelines and effective sourcing channels/campaigns
- Ensure every candidate has a amazing experience
- Manage the interview and hiring decision-making process with interviewers and hiring managers
- Drive offer process while partnering with hiring managers, HR and Finance
- Recommend and drive improvements that influence pipeline and improve the candidate and manager experience
- Be a GSN Games brand ambassador
About You:
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in multiple markets/locations
- Proven track record of success on an in-house recruiting team
- Games industry recruiting experience would be a plus (not required)
- Experience partnering with hiring managers, interviewers and team members throughout the hiring process
- Strong sourcing approach with ability to dive deep into searches for hard-to-fill reqs
- Great eye for sourcing, identifying and closing talent
- Solid ability to quickly build relationships and credibility
- Strong interview and closing skills with ability to screen for both technical and cultural qualities
- Strong consultative qualities and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the org as and externally
- Must be a team player and out of the box thinker
