Recruiting Lead - Engineering

We're looking to add an Engineering Recruiting Lead to our growing Recruiting team! In this key role, you will be a partner to Engineering leaders across the studio, spearhead critical recruiting initiatives, and help reinforce a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration for an evolving Engineering Recruiting Org. You will help lead and mentor a team comprised of 3 full-time recruiters. You are not only an outstanding full-cycle recruiter, but a leader that models our company values. You will have the opportunity to forge partnerships with leaders cross-functionally, advise recruiters and hiring managers on best practices in an increasingly competitive talent market, and be an integral part of Bungie's strategic planning efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively lead by example, manage, mentor, and grow a team of full-time recruiters supporting Engineering and technical hiring across the studio
- Manage and execute on a curated req load of highly specialized Engineering focused roles
- Partner in the development of recruitment metrics/data, workflows/policies, and best practices.
- Analyze metrics and data to make informed recommendations to Engineering stakeholders on how to streamline and increase efficiency, velocity, and quality of our candidate pipeline and hiring.
- Identify, build, and execute hiring and sourcing campaigns to increase Engineering candidate pipeline.
- Collaborate with recruiting and hiring managers to advise and define candidate pipeline strategies and success metrics.
- Drive talent engagement: source, identify, and cultivate relationships with active and passive candidates to fill current openings and develop a pipeline for future needs.
- Targeted sourcing on key, hard-to-fill leadership positions.
- Support and build out inclusion, diversity, and equity sourcing strategies for the Engineering org
- Collaborate with People Team, Marketing, and Recruiting to support employment branding opportunities, recruiting events, projects, and initiatives, as necessary.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Demonstrated success as a recruiter or sourcer identifying and closing hard to fill and “mission critical” positions with a focus on candidate experience.
- Previous leadership and management experience of a recruiting or sourcing team in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
- Experience fostering meaningful partnerships with leaders of all levels throughout the studio.
- Experience building out efficient and effective workflows and partnerships with internal stakeholders.
- Understanding how to best utilize metrics and data to inform and advise stakeholders on talent strategies.
- Ability to implement targeted, creative sourcing initiatives utilizing a variety of tools such as LinkedIn, Gem, Boolean, Hiretual, Chrome Extensions, and other internet research tactics.
- Attention to detail and track record of driving projects to completion and with high quality.

- Previous experience working in interactive entertainment or games
- Proficiency with Greenhouse, Workday, and other recruitment technology
Most Bungie full-time employees will adopt a digital first approach allowing remote work in Bungie approved locations (outside of positions identified as 100% onsite in Bellevue/Seattle, or individuals preferring a hybrid/flex environment). Prospective full-time employees located outside of CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, IL, MA, MD, MN, NC, NJ, NY, OR, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI will need to establish residency in one of the states we are compliant in within 45 days of a start date.
