Technical Project manager (Unit 42)

Job Description

As Technical PMO part of our Unit 42 team you will work very closely with the teams globally. You will report directly to the VP Technologies based in Paris and your day to day at Gameloft will require to :

• Provide support coaching to teams on all aspects of the project management framework. For is agile principle matter more than a specific frameworks
• Train, Coach and mentore Agile teams to enhance Agile practices
• Demonstrate and share experiences and observations with all team members and to ensure best practices are being used and recommends process improvement
• Transfer knowledge and help teams continuously reflect and improve, becoming more effective in their roles and increasing the outcome, collaboration, and quality practices
• Lead transversal projects to support the Unit. This includes project kick off, project planning, defining budgets, and driving various streams through all phases.
• Support the project managers with organizational, methodological, process- and content-related issues in projects
• Continuous improvement of project management
• Drive gameloft's agile community

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, you must have:

• Game industry experience required (5-10 years) with a deep understanding of game development and software development process
• Project Management experience (+5 years)
• Hands-on experience using various Agile Tools
• Technical aptitudes, development background and/or game development would be a strong addition for your application
• Work effectively with people from different backgrounds / cultures to accomplish business objectives, valuing and gaining benefit from the diversity of ideas / perspectives in a multicultural environment
• Awesome communication skills with ability to articulate and present concepts to all levels of the Unit. Voice, text, hands, jedi skills are welcome !
• Languages: English and French at proficiency level
