Technical Project Manager

Would you like to play a vital part in Toca Boca’s growth journey?

You’ll join the Central Tech organisation, consisting of various teams, who are responsible for our infrastructure, automation, transaction systems, cloud apps and more. Basically everything that isn’t game development.

As the Technical Project Manager you will lead the day to day projects relating to DevOps, Cloud Services and our upcoming account service for online games.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be managing agile workflows for three programming focused teams mentioned above. You’ll be the one to set project scopes and timelines, understanding technical challenges, communicating team needs and challenges to Nick, our Head of Central Tech, and the management team.

Your focus will be on processes. The products are owned by the teams. You’ll act as a partner for the technical leads in each team, focusing on plan execution, roadmaps and more.

You’ll adapt existing, and create new processes for the teams, all working on overlapping technology. Most of it will be focused on the devops-pipeline (CI/CD) and backend services with lightweight consumer facing GUI:s on both Unity and Web.

Is this you?
You’re an experienced Project Manager with technical knowledge and a love for agile methodologies. You have the ability to communicate with developers and creatives alike.

You have an understanding for tech, but there’s no need for you to be a coder.

This position is full time and based in our Stockholm office. We apply 6 months of probationary employment. As we’re an international company, with over 10 nationalities and millions of users all over the world, you have to be fluent in English. Your application should therefore be in English.
