PlayStation Studios is the game development division of Sony PlayStation, and is responsible for developing some of the most recognisable and ambitious console games and franchises on PlayStation, including The Last of Us, Horizon, Spider-Man, Ghost of Tsushima, God of War, and Gran Turismo.
We work with some of the best game studios in the world, and use data to help them make their games even better. We provide end-to-end analytics services for PlayStation Studios and use data to help them throughout the game development lifecycle. We are looking for talented people to join us in pushing the boundaries of game analytics for PlayStation games.

As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll guide our cross-disciplinary engineering team to achieve its ambitious goals, and help define and build the future of analytics and data for PlayStation games.
In your first six months, you'll be getting to know our game analytics platform, focusing on our teams, tools, and methodologies. You will oversee key projects, ensuring they stay on track and meet stakeholder needs. You’ll be collaborating with game designers, producers, and executives, and helping to align analytics projects with studio goals. You'll focus on building strong cross team relationships and identifying process improvements.
We’d love to hear from you if:
- You excel at keeping projects on track, teams healthy, and stakeholders informed
- You have solid experience in building and executing development plans for Agile teams
- You have experience working in analytics and/or engineering teams
- You have excellent communication skills, and can get your point across to game designers, producers, programmers, and executives
- You thrive in fast-paced work environments
- You have strong organisational skills and can adapt to risk and change
- You’re excited by Big Data projects and technology
- Experience with data visualisation tools and techniques
- You’re committed to quality as a top priority
- You have a track record of trying and learning new things
- Bonus points for experience with Confluence and Jira
- More bonus points for having experience with modern console or PC games
