- Driving project delivery and supporting operational workstreams and processes
- Engaging and building relationships with key stakeholders and teams including Game Teams, IT, Infrastructure, CI/CD, Infrastructure Architecture and Information Security. As such, experience managing projects within IT, Infrastructure, SRE & Cloud Operations is highly advantageous
- Drawing up project briefs, closeout reports/retrospectives and maintaining all project artifacts and project documentation - scope, risk, decision, issue, change, dependency logs etc
- Help to manage and control scope and objectives based on the requirements and priorities set by the business
- Forecast cost based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plans
- Utilise industry best practices, techniques and standards
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Measure project and team performance to identify areas for process improvements
What we're looking for
Day to Day activities
- Driving project deliverables
- Supporting the Engineering team, where required
- Chairing daily stand-ups with confidence and facilitating and often chairing a number of other meetings throughout each working week
- Working with Engineering, IT, Infrastructure and Information Security teams to continually improve and streamline their processes
- Stakeholder management
- Developing and refining team processes collaboratively with team members, stakeholders and the wider organisation
Qualifications and behavioural skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Computer Science or another related major
- 3+ years of project management and related experience
- Understanding of Cloud knowledge and related concepts [ desirable ]
- Experience managing Engineering, IT Cloud & Infrastructure projects - migrations, disaster recovery, site/network setups [ desirable ]
- Proven ability to solve problems proactively
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies and best practices
- Process-oriented and organized
- Strong interpersonal skills and highly resourceful
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Strong Confluence & Jira skills are a hard requirement
