Technical Project Manager - Owlient (H/F)

Job Description
Leveraging your knowledge of game development, you will help plan, execute, and finalize mobile games, following the Stakeholders’ vision and according to strict deadlines and budget. As a Technical Project Manager you will closely assist and support the Technical Leadership Team and collaborate with Design, Art and Producing Leads, as well as all the individual team members. You will define and oversee technical objectives while ensuring the delivery of quality systems, in time.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist and organize the technical team to ensure the delivery of high-quality systems within committed time frames;
- Consult with the Technical Leadership team, and collaborate with Producing, Design and Artistic teams, to deploy and enforce technical requirements;
- Collaborate with the Producing team to define requirements and scope in order to populate & groom the project backlog;
- Identify technical risks and issues throughout the project, monitor features and systems deliveries, ensure proper collaboration between developers and designers and activate mitigation plans, when needed, to ensure high-quality deliveries;
- Create and maintain project roadmaps, schedules, priorities and status. Communicate them to all levels in the team;
- Actively manage scope and iterations in collaboration with the Producing Team;
- Challenge, develop and improve processes to improve the Technical Team efficiency, as well as meeting project goals and objectives;
- Ensure that project technical documentation is created and is maintained;
- Collaborate with the Producing and Design teams to ensure that project design documentation is always delivered on time;
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to Senior management;
- Plan and execute Agile/Scrum methodology for video game development.
Qualifications
What you bring :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar qualifications;
- 3-5 years of meaningful work experience, in the software industry and ideally in the video game industry;
- Ability to clearly & effectively communicate (written as well as verbally) across the team and up to the top management;
- Organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, decisive and able to execute under accelerated timeframes and to quickly adapt to changing priorities;
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects with multiple dependencies and constraints;
- Strong working experience executing technical projects with Agile methodologies;
- Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence), source control tools (Perforce), and Office 365;
- Experience in Gaming Industry and Start-ups;
- Programming or engineering-related background;
